Roman Savran establishes the vision for every project in our company.

He delivers projects for various regions and industries, including automotive, accounting, manufacturing, government, wholesale, and others. Roman has deep expertise in developing the project architecture for Dynamics 65 and Power Platform solutions. Also, he professionally conducts independent audits and provides consulting services using proven methodology.

His main strength is translating complex business needs into technical solutions.

Now, he is passionate about smart, targeted AI implementation, collecting use cases to expand its capabilities.

Roman is also an active speaker. You could have heard him, for example, at the European Bizapps Summit and European Collab Summit in 2025, where he held the “When a samurai loses his way: 5 Dynamics 365 failures leading to hara-kiri” session.

Additionally, he sometimes provides personal training, assists with pre-sales for our clients and partners, and coordinates user adoption after complicated D365 implementations.

Eugene is a certified Dynamics 365 CRM Expert with rich experience in developing managed solutions, both vertical (industry-specific systems with deep specialization, pre-built workflows, data and compliance features for different industries such as wholesale, manufacturing, non-profit, etc.) and horizontal (function-focused universal solutions that support common business features with generic design, flexibility and logic).

He is a master of the latest IT technologies, widely using Dynamics 365 modules (from Sales and Field Service to Project Operations), Power Platform, Azure, Copilot Studio, and other sophisticated products from the complex Microsoft ecosystem in his projects. Eugene can see all opportunities for business process optimization across sales, service delivery, and project execution. He is highly skilled in designing, developing and implementing user-centric solutions that align customer service, complex sales pipelines, resource scheduling, project financials, and more!

Illia Pavlovskyi

Illia holds the position of CTO at UDS Systems and brings solid expertise in solution architecture, data migration, system integration, and security. He keeps systems running, successfully controlling global rollout and juggling sand, dev, test and prod environments across several projects.

With him, the infrastructure built on Microsoft Azure stopped being a risk and became a secure and scalable asset. His expertise covers end-to-end cloud migration, including complex migrations from on-premises to the cloud, and from custom systems or other CRMs to Dynamics 365. Besides, as a licensing expert, Illia can find a way to optimize your licensing model: his detailed knowledge of Microsoft licensing helps our clients significantly optimize budgets while staying aligned with official requirements.

As an experienced troubleshooter, he conducts technical audits, assesses architecture, security, and operational processes, and provides actionable recommendations to improve performance and fix identified issues. Maintenance is treated as a continuous success factor, with proactive monitoring, controlled updates, and prevention of technical problems.

He is also excellent at integrating from “easy” standard enterprise systems and Microsoft tools to specialized third-party solutions via APIs.

His experience spans full cloud migrations, from on-premises and custom systems to Dynamics 365. He is a trusted licensing expert who helps clients optimize costs while staying compliant. As a skilled troubleshooter, Illia performs technical audits, evaluates architecture and security, and delivers clear recommendations to improve performance and stability. He treats maintenance as an ongoing discipline, ensuring proactive monitoring and controlled updates.
