Introduction

Community Summit North America 2026, held on October 11-15, brought together MVPs, technology experts, industry partners, exhibitors and end users at Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, Tennessee, the USA, for a week of learning, innovation, and networking. The event featured insightful sessions, expert presentations, partner showcases, and discussions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Business Central, Power Platform, Fabric, Copilot Studio, and AI.

In this recap, we look back at the summit’s highlights, key takeaways, memorable moments, and exploring the latest trends shaping the future of the Microsoft ecosystem.

About the Venue

The summit took place at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, a very large venue with dozens of session rooms, two expo halls, and endless zones for talking, networking, entertaining, lunch, and relaxation.

Nashville itself, widely associated with its music heritage and lively cultural scene, added another dimension to the conference experience. Alongside the professional program, our event team and other attendees could explore the city and connect with fellow community members in a relaxed atmosphere.

About the Event

Networking and community activities, such as pickleball, golf, shooting, playing the guitar, further encouraged collaboration and professional connections.

Our event team, with Tamara Kogler, Eugene Gress, and Andrei Vahrameev, presented our company at the summit. They met some familiar company representatives and many new ones.

Our representatives engaged with the attendees in discussions about Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, AI capabilities, business applications, custom solutions, and other emerging technologies. They also exchanged insights on current and upcoming projects, explored industry challenges, and discussed the latest market trends and developments.
