UDS Bug Handler
The UDS Bug Handler is a two-layer solution for Dynamics 365 with a user-friendly and comprehensive interface. It automates communication between users, developers/consultants and testers, resulting in faster and smarter error-solving.
Upon installing the UDS Bug Handler in Dynamics 365, users gain the ability to create bug requests within the system. Users can add a description of the error, attach screenshots, save links to issue records, send email messages, and monitor the status of their requests.
Once a request is created, the responsible developer receives an email with a link to the record. The developer can ask questions and send messages in the comment section, update the status of the issue, provide an estimate, and track the time spent on fixing the bug. Additionally, it's possible to review all requests and gain an overall understanding of the system's situation.
