Experienced UI/UX & Graphic Designer

Founded in 2007, with 4 offices and a network of strong local partners worldwide, we develop customized solutions and provide expert CRM and SI services for leading European and US clients across various industries.

We’re now looking for an enthusiastic and highly experienced Multidisciplinary Designer with a wide range of design skills, who’s ready to develop new visual concepts, create attractive and functional solutions, and take on a variety of design tasks from concept to completion.

Requirements:

Experience in web design with UI/UX excellence and user-centered design mindset
Expertise in product design
Experience in designing system architecture and workflows
Experience in graphic design
Strong knowledge of brand identity, color schemes, typography, composition principles, and design trends
Experience in preparing layouts for physical printing
Presentation design skills
Proficiency in key design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, AI tools
Creativity
Attention to detail

Nice to have:

Animation /motion skills
User research and cross-cultural design awareness

Your responsibilities will include:

Working with cross-functional teams from the Marketing department and the Website team to the HR department, Stakeholders, Project Managers, Developers
Participating in the creation and enhancement of our website and landing pages, designing website layouts and UI elements, optimizing UX, WCAG
Creating advertising and graphic materials for UDS branding and marketing campaigns
Developing visual concepts for social media
Designing email newsletters, pitch desks and other materials
Preparing files for print publishing
Ensuring consistency with our brand identity and guidelines
Working closely with the development teams to create visually appealing UI/UX solutions for clients' projects (custom UI elements for CRM systems, websites, portals, dashboards, etc.)
