Sales Manager

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Sales Manager with relevant experience who will strengthen our UDS team. You will be responsible for generating, managing leads, and converting them into deals.

Your financial reward will include a competitive fixed salary plus a bonus based on successful deals.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales — 3+ years.
  • Expertise in sales across European and US markets
  • Strong experience in sales of IT services and products (experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus)
  • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle (lead generation, nurturing, negotiations, and deal closing)
  • Expertise in complex pre-sales processes
  • Proactive mindset and high level of responsibility
  • Perfect communication, planning and self-organization skills
  • Fluent English

Nice to have:

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform products
  • Great understanding of IT industry sales trends

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Close cooperation with lead generation specialists, the CMO, and the marketing department
  • Active collaboration with the CEO, Project Managers, and Developers on sales purposes (for pre-sales process, technical assistance, product insights, case development and usage, etc.)
  • Developing and executing effective strategies to attract new clients
  • Conducting market research to identify and engage potential prospects
  • Generating new leads (through email, LinkedIn, phone, messengers, calls, events, and other opportunities)
  • Tracking and qualifying incoming leads
  • Constantly managing all leads, nurturing long-term client relationships, communicating with current and past clients and partners regarding new projects or support
  • Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully
  • Preparing demos and presentations
  • Representing our company at various industry events as part of the UDS team
  • Monitoring and optimizing the sales pipeline, tracking and analyzing sales performance
