I have been working in the company for half a year. The company has a very pleasant work atmosphere and a very friendly team. Everyone is always ready to help each other. In such an atmosphere, any problems are solved with lightning speed. The company always offers conditions for personal and career growth. After 2 months of work, I was already offered a new position in the company. 

The company has its own English courses and training center that prepares technical specialists. Many graduates join the company, and some start working while still studying. 

The management pays salaries regularly; everything is paid precisely and on time. 

This is the best company I have had a chance to work for. And most importantly, the company's development vector is visible. The company is growing and developing, constantly setting new goals and achieving them! 

I have been working at UDS since January 2016. As you can understand, I'm quite satisfied with the company) 

The main advantages are a good team, worthy wages, good conditions for professional growth and the ability to work remotely. Recently, health insurance for employees has also been added. 

The team is very professional and friendly. Beginners have mentors that can be addressed in case of problems, and other colleagues are always ready to help. 

The management encourages attending IT conferences and webinars. The company helps to prepare and pay for Microsoft certification. 

The projects are interesting, and you are constantly aware of new features in Dynamics and Power Platform. 

Most clients are foreign companies, so you can improve your English (there are also language courses). Foreign business trips are possible (depending on the client). 

Several times a year there are corporate events such as UDS Birthday or New Year. I always come to such holidays with pleasure! (I work remotely) 

That's why I'm six years with UDS) 

I have been working in the company for 9 months.

Pros:

• - The company is growing, developing, expanding, and for me, it means there are interesting projects, expanding the scale and the ability to try new things.
• - My team! I like that each of us has our own part of the work, but the goal is common.
• - The ability to study and develop within the framework of the company.
• - The opportunity to own your time. Fixation of overtime, sick leave.
• - No one puts pressure on you :)
• - The ability to work remotely or in an the office.

Cons: For me there are no cons that would affect my workflow :)

I have been working in the company for exactly 2 years now, and it seems that this is only the beginning :) This time has really flown by unnoticed and left a lot of pleasant memories. I started in the company as a D365 (CRM) Analyst / Junior PM, and during this time, I managed to grow into a full-fledged PM for a large client with several projects, successfully received 2 Microsoft certifications, and gained a bunch of diverse experience and knowledge. 

Before that, I worked for a long time in a large grocery gallery in a similar position (but in a different IT sector), and my first impression of working at UDS was that I had gone on vacation, where I could calmly do work that pleases me and not be in constant tension from requests from superiors. So, the working atmosphere, management, and support from colleagues here are very good and endlessly pleasing. 

I never even had to worry about such issues as regular reviews, convenient sick leave, vacations, and timely payment of salaries. Additional features, such as English courses, medical insurance, a cool office (right next to the metro) and regular corporate activities are also available here. 

In short, it is pleasant to work and develop at UDS. The management will always be prompt and helpful. And so, I have long had a sincere desire to develop this company and help it grow (which, for me, was the first time in my career in general). So far, this is my best place to work. 

There is a very pleasant psychological atmosphere in the company. Company culture is a priority here. The company’s management ACTUALLY worries about employees and is interested in their growth, development, and successful careers, not just for show. That is, there is an opportunity for comfortable growth with decent support and a decent salary for each stage. 

It is also very interesting here the combination of experienced professionals who have been working here for more than ten years and young people who have completed training at the company and work in it. Judging by what I personally see, both groups are about comfortable here) 

All in all, a great option for the job. 

I applied to UDS systems for a consultant position more than six months ago. I was hired as a project manager, and I'm extremely happy. Tatyana, an HR from God, noticed the potential. I was greeted normally in the company. Everyone is very busy, and there is no "leading by the hand", but the work does not involve sitting and waiting. At first, there was a buildup since I was a new person, and there was no project right for me. After a couple of weeks, I was already busy with the project, which I immediately liked because the customer was serious, and the work was supposed to be interesting. In general, I look at the projects of my colleagues and they all have very cool and massive developments, a lot of back and front. 

For the first time, I encountered such adequacy of employees in the company. You can always ask, and you will not be refused, but they will write and offer help. This is love. 

I also want to note a lovely and essential bonus — an office. I am glad, like a child, to come and work after COVID-19. This is important. 

I like the management of the company. You can always discuss project issues and get advice and the necessary guidelines. 

I like the employer, I like the work, and I like the people. I recommend it!
