Microsoft Partnership and Licensing Manager

We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner, focusing on Dynamics 365 CE (CRM), Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft AI technologies. Founded in 2007, we entered the US and European markets in 2013 and now provide our services globally, cooperating with leading clients from Automotive, Finance and Accounting, Real Estate, Healthcare, Manufacturing, IT and other industries.

We are currently looking for an experienced Manager to strengthen our Microsoft partnership activities. This role includes confident ownership of licensing, partner relations, co-sell and up-sell activities with active lead generation, and Microsoft ecosystem collaboration. Also, it requires strong cooperation with our CEO, IT, Marketing and Sales departments.

To successfully perform this project you need the following skills and experience:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Copilot) 
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Partner Center, general and Dynamics-targeted Microsoft programs 
  • Experience with CSP model and incentives (rebates, co-op or marketing funds, MCI engagement funds) 
  • Great hands-on experience within Partner Center workspace 
  • Ability to communicate with resellers, distributors, and Microsoft field teams 
  • Proactivity and independence 
  • High communication and presentation skills 
  • Analytical thinking and structured work approach 
  • Partnership and relationship management skills 
  • Strong English (minimum B2; speaking and writing) 

Nice to have:

  • Finnish / German language 
  • Strategic and/or operational experience 
  • Sales skills 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Licensing direction ownership: consult sales and delivery teams on proper license models and combinations, up-sell necessary licenses, create special license offers, support our clients with licensing optimization / renewals / upgrades, monitor our KPIs for licensing services, analyze current customers’ license usage and identify expansion opportunities 
  • Maintain our Microsoft Partner profile (competences, membership and designations, score, leads, revenue and performance monitoring) and Microsoft Marketplace / AppSource (UDS add-ons downloads and performance) 
  • Monitor changes in the Microsoft ecosystem and the Partner Center 
  • Track and apply to relevant promotions, incentives, discounts, and rebates 
  • Register CPOR/DPOR associations and ensure we receive corresponding benefits 
  • Present and promote the UDS Systems to Microsoft sellers, increasing our brand visibility on the global market 
  • Build relationships with Microsoft representatives in Finland, Germany, Baltics, and other EU regions. 
  • Participate in Microsoft lead-generation programs and events, register new deals 
  • Upsell additional Microsoft products and services
