UDS Establishes a Subsidiary in Finland

UDS Systems is establishing a legal entity and sales office in Finland after working continuously since 2013. 

The subsidiary partner is Sebastian Mandart from IM Group Oy, with whom we have co-operated since the very beginning.

We have long-lasting customers and partners in Finland and are ready to expand our Finnish activity! Our goal is to cover the Nordics sector through our office in Finland.

Dynamics 365 Customer Service 

We help our clients automate and personalize customer service, increase customer satisfaction, and reduce the time and money spent on each support case or service call. 

With our assistance, the clients can record all interactions related to each case, create queues to route cases to proper channels, share information in knowledge bases, define service terms through entitlements, create and schedule services, and manage performance and productivity through reports and dashboards.
