Integration of OneDrive for Business with Dynamics 365

How to enable OneDrive for Business integration
Go to Settings -> Document Management -> Enable OneDrive for Business.
Check ‘Enable OneDrive for Business‘ and click OK.
You will see OneDrive for Business Folder Settings available. Define the folder that will be used as a storage of Dynamics 365 documents in your OneDrive for Business. Folder CRM is set by default. Change the folder or leave the default setting, and click OK.
User access to OneDrive for Business can be determined by the assigned security role.
How to use OneDrive for Business integration
Go to Settings -> Document Management -> Enable OneDrive for Business.
Select Document Location and change the location to OneDrive.
Tips on each point of document location:
- All files – All documents location related to Dynamics 365 record
- SharePoint site – Documents stored in default SharePoint site
- OneDrive – Documents stored in OneDrive for Business
- Shared with me – Storage (in OneDrive for Business) of all documents that users shared with you
Create a New or Upload an Existing document:
- To create a new document - choose a document type (PowerPoint or Word), input a document name, and click SAVE. You can edit documents in Office Online.
- To upload a document – select any existing document that you want to upload.
To share the document – choose the document located on your OneDrive for Business and click Share -> choose your teammates, and click OK.
